Services
At the heart of BlueDot Medical is a focus on patients and a steadfast commitment to mobility for everyone who wants it. BlueDot Medical, Inc. was founded in 2002 with just two people, a small offering of medical equipment and a great deal of ambition. The company vision was clear from the beginning-hire the best people to achieve the greatest success.
You can be confident that our mobility procedure guarantees you the proper equipment for your needs while complying with insurance requirements. BlueDot Medical will provide an initial assessment in your home with a rehab specialist trained to identify mobility needs and solutions.

It will begin with a thorough evaluation of your medical history including symptoms, diagnoses, mobility issues, and limitations in daily activities along with desired future outcomes.Next, your particular home environment will be closely examined to make sure that it provides adequate access, maneuvering space, and surfaces to successfully operate a power wheelchair.
We take pride in the program that we have developed and our experienced rehab staff. Our 5 step standardized procedure guarantees that you receive the proper equipment to meet both your current and future mobility needs. And our outstanding rehab team includes multiple licensed Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) with knowledge and service unparalleled by our competition.
A scooter from BlueDot Medical is great for out-of-home activities but doesn't lend itself well to extended daily use. It requires more space to maneuver than the power chair does and its' handlebars require the user to have greater upper body strength. It's more for patients that need help getting around outside.

Very disappointing and unprofessional. I called Blue Dot and spoke with Brook/Brooke at the Charlotte office on February 1st. I was advised that I call back on Monday morning February 7th to get the time for the pickup and delivery. The time was scheduled for 1:30. I called to double check if that was still on schedule. After giving her all the information she needed. I was told by Brook/ Brooke that she was not sure about the address for the pickup. The patient was forced to sit in the Wheelchair all day from 1:00 PM - 8:00PM. Finally after making numerous calls, they provided an old bed. How

Be sure you know where you are going if you need to pick up equipment! Apparently National Home Respiratory Care merged with Blue Dot. However, my paperwork (from a month ago) had the old address. So did the website. So did their phone message. So guess where I went? When I spoke to someone on the phone, there was no mention of the address change, even though I did mention it was the old company I had worked with and had paperwork from. It seems that if you sell medical equipment, in my case oxygen, you don’t have to give good customer service. I was told sorry, and when I replied that didn’t

After the man was done servicing my oxygen needs he cut the plastic stick off of my cpap machine where the small vinyl hose connects onto! He says the hose goes on the inside, pure incompetence! Fortunately I had my old cpap hose with the same hose connection!

Terrible service! My Dr ordered a cpac machine for me the beginning of June. Blue Dor called and asked insurance questions and said a scheduler would call to set up appointment for the machine. That was on June 16th. I have called them 3 times and still no appointment. They said they called and got no answer and couldn’t leave a message. I verified they have my correct number but have never got a call and my voicemail isn’t full. I have given up

Blue Dot provided a portable oxygen concentrator for a client that was not under their care. Their current home equipment provider would not do unless the protocol was followed and would be ready in 10 days even though a make a wish trip was scheduled in 4 days. They could not think outside of the box. Thank you Blue Dot for helping and thinking outside the box.
