I went to try and purchase a breast pump after having my daughter and initially everything was fine. I went in, someone was started to help me right away and had me sit down and start paperwork while he got a pump, showed it to me, and put it in a bag. That’s where things changed. The person who started to help walked off as I was doing the paperwork to help someone else and never came back to finish helping me. I let another employee know I was done with the paperwork and was asked to wait. I waited for about 30 minutes and eventually someone else came over, took my paperwork, and left me to

We were there today to be fitted for a CPAP machine. Bill Wiggins was absolutely great to work with us. He spent nearly an hour showing us how the machine works, getting me fitted with the right equipment and answering all our questions. The service didn’t stop with the sale. He gave us phone numbers where we can reach him if we have more questions. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Broadway Home Medical for all your medical supplies.

I am Larry Wohler. Bill Wiggins helped me with fitting for a CPAP machine. He set up my new machine and fit me for nasal pillow type face mask. He explained how the CPAP operates and how Medicare provides for replacement of supplies/parts. I tried the CPAP for about two weeks, but was frustrated with the mask leaking around my face as I moved around thru the night. Called Bill and he had me come in for a different style face mask that was provided at no charge under a 30 day guarantee. Very satisfied with new mask and Bill’s service.

I have had my jazz power chair for maybe a little over a year and I have had nothing but trouble with it. I call him and they send somebody out and supposably fix it but it is never fixed. It has no good speed it fish tales. The seat is leaning to the left side .I was going up a incline to Dollar tree. And it would not go. There I was stuck in the street.😠 I am tired of calling them and they never fix it☹️☹️😠

I needed help determining what walker to get for my parent. I didn't know anything about walkers, but I got a great education and all of my questions answered by two outstanding young ladies who went the extra mile to look for other stock items in the back to support my unique needs. Despite the fact that they were very busy, I got great customer service and I witnessed others getting great service too. I'll no doubt be back.

I went in to Broadway Home Medical on the advice of my Surgeon. I Had just had major Back surgery and needed a Cervical Neck brace since they found 2 ruptured disc and stenosis in my neck while I was in the hospital. My husband and myself arrived @4pm,100degrees outside and when we entered the store there was 5 employees standing behind the counter just joking around with each other and NOT ONE PERSON greeted us,or offered to help us with what we needed. So,I walked over to the first aid sign looking for a picc line bandage as well as gloves,a wrist guard for my husbands arthritis hand,disposable

Matt and Cameron are awesome! In fact everyone in store was great, responsive and courteous. My knee walker had a wobbly handlebar making me unsteady and unsafe. To fix it required a special wrench that they didn't have, so they got one and fixed my ride! Thanks so much guys! Matt even unloaded and loaded my wheels in my van for me. I'll definitely be back in again.

The staff completely ignored me the first time I came in a week ago. I came back today for the second time right after they opened and they were not busy at all, but they all were staring at me and saw how hard it was for me to figure out a pair of crutches. No one offered to help me out. No one greeted me when I walked in. If I could rate this location as 0 stars I would have. Bad attitudes, terrible customer service and lazy employees.
