We enjoy hearing from our customers. You may not realize it but you've probably sat in a parsons chair manufactured by Carrington Court. Although we manufacture our furniture in North Carolina, our parson and dining chairs are in homes all over the country, as well as places you might not expect to find them such as offices, car dealerships, churches, restaurants and even on a US Navy minesweeper.

After experiencing multiple availability and delivery delays regarding a purchase of chairs with a major furniture retailer, after 2 months, I cancelled my order and discovered Carrington Court upon google searching.
Upon phone contact, it was like experiencing personal contact. The representative provided information regarding the swatches, to include details regarding the fabric and colors. I was impressed at this point and eagerly awaited receipt of the selected swatches to place my order.

A+ for customer service and quality furniture. The Parsons chairs I ordered arrived in perfect condition...the leather is absolutely beautiful. The delivery had to be rescheduled because the truck broke down, but we were contacted regularly with status updates. When the truck did arrive, the delivery men couldn’t have been more professional and courteous.

What an awesome company! Can't say enough. I ordered swatches first. Then when it was time to place my order I had the fabric, leather, nail heads and leg colors picked out. Got EXACTLY the chairs I wanted. Constructed beautifully. Nice, firm seats that are very comfortable. Great quality of fabrics. The nail heads are the icing on the cake. And I can't believe how quick they were made and shipped. Unbelievable. I would refer Carrington Court to anyone!

One of the easiest purchases and nicest people I've ever dealt with. I supplied my own fabric and could not believe it when I got a call from FedEx just a couple weeks later telling me they could deliver my 14 dining room chairs the next day!! They arrived today and I couldn't be happier. They're just perfect! They're beautifully made and super comfy. My kids and I just sat around the table talking after they were in; none of us wanted to leave that room. I highly recommend Carrington and if I ever have a need or know someone who does in the future, Carrington will be my first choice!!
