Everything about this place is what u want. For the women in the Lacaster area, feel free to go here & not worry about being taken advantage of because a lot of mechanics take advantage of women. Customer service is on point & the prices are right. They also finish the work in a timely matter. I will be going here from now on. It is a 1 stop shop & Penelope is was best.

I highly recommend these guys!! I've had brake lines replaced and also an engine rebuilt, while receiving honest diagnoses, great quality work at reasonable prices . Athena is always very accommodating, professional and goes above & beyond your expectations meeting all your auto care needs. Should I mention again they provide dealership services at affordable prices!! The shuttle service is great as well!! Thank you for the amazing service as always!! This is going to be my go to auto place for all my needs. Athena and her father went above and beyond in customer service. I came to them by accident, as my car decided it didn’t want to speed up anymore than 10 mph. Thank God they were only 1 minute away from when I noticed the problem. I showed up close to closing time, and they were able to look at it. They said they would have the part the next day, so I would have to leave my car there. My house was an hour and a half away, and due to covid places were shutting down early. I was stranded. The only option I had was a 100$ Uber, which I would

Lancaster Tire & Auto Care is your perfect full service one stop shop!! Came in sad due to having brake issues. Left out happy with a problem solved and money left over in my wallet!! Athena was very helpful and attentive to my needs. She explained everything thoroughly with great detail. Services were quick and done properly. Prices are affordable. They offer shuttle service.
