Apparently USED to be a professionally run place. Our recent visit with an agent who fumbled her way around a computer, ended with her promising to finish our application and call us TODAY. After dropping by the next day to get an update, I was told the same thing, with the same promise. Same result !. Called today and spoke to the person in charge of the office, Guess What !, not only backed up her "stories" but added to the fibbing by telling me they had been trying to figure this out for some 3 1/2 hours over 2 days. Not only couldn't handle something that I was able to clear
