The sales experience was outstanding. Got a quality TYM, delivered. Scott went over the entire rig when he delivered it. We immediately put it to work. Service after the sale has been excellent!!! Had a issue with the three point and Scott once again shined. Got everything fixed under warranty, and even went the extra mile to go through the whole rig while it was in his shop. Fixed everything that needed attention, and it didn't cost us a dime. Highly recommended.

They are wonderful! I recently purchased a new LS tractor with scraper and backhoe attachment, they delivered it to my property and the driver Z was awesome and showed me how to operate the new tractor and remove the backhoe and attach the scraper.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience purchasing a tractor from Trails West. It is clear that Dave, the owner, knows what he is doing when it comes to making sure the customer gets the right equipment for their needs. Exceptional customer service from the point of sale all the way to delivery. Scott went over all of the equipment when he delivered it and made it simple to understand. A couple days after delivery, I found a faulty part from the factory and Scott came right out to fix it. I highly recommend Trails West to anyone looking for tractor equipment!
