Love this place! Had to ship some very fragile items cross-country and these guys were real Pros. Not a single item broke or got damaged in delivery. I would definitely recommend Mike the owner as a person you can count on to get you what, where and when you want! Michael was extremely helpful and cooperative in helping us pack up our family belongings and ship them home.

We stock over 70 box sizes on a daily bases with the ability to order many other sizes upon request. Below is a list of boxes organized with the longest dimension, then the 2nd longest and then the 3rd longest. Keep in mind that the box length, box width and box height of a box are interchangeable dimensions.

I am shipping back a return with a UPS return label I received from the company. Before carrying the box into the store I decided to check to see if I could ship it back with the label from this location. The man working was so rude. As I mentioned I wasn't sure if I could I send it back from here, but since I saw an UPS sign in the window I told him I was checking. He spoke so degrading to me and said as you can see it says in All caps a UPS location when I showed him my label. I said ok sorry I was just checking and he went on to say if you would just read.... That's when I walked

If you are in west Boca and need any documents notarized, scanned, emailed, faxed or shipped FedEx, this really is a one stop shop. The notary is extremely cordial, helpful and explains any and everything he does very clearly (in case errors in the document need correction or omissions require modification). Also, the notarization is relatively inexpensive. They saved me a LOT of time and anxiety this morning!!!!!!

Excellent service. CLEAN counters.. OWNER/Manager MIKE is a gem. I drive WAY OUT OF MY RANGE to handle business mailings, do certified mail, ups services, and buy greeting cards HERE. Huge parking lot and no hassle and grimy post office feels here.

Honestly I don't see a reason to go down the road to the USPS any more knowing U.S. Pak-N-Ship is there. Observations not a compliment. But what is worthy of praise is how Ariel asked me, "you'd like the least expensive option right?"
Keep in my mind, this is after I told him that this is the first time in my life that I've actually come to a mail n' shipping center; to mail something, because all the other times I go to USPS or UPS to pick up stuff. So for someone to be thoughtful to me by being sincere and answering my questions simply, like yo, thank you.

My wife and I shipped a package through these guys (using USPS as carrier) and they didn't bother to put the whole address on the package. Well, of course the package was lost due to their negligence. If their job is to ship packages don't you think they should put the correct address on your shipments?? Apparently, they don't think so. And their answer to our lost package? "File a claim". We will never go here again! YOU have been forewarned!!

I went to the post office to ship a box to Australia and they quoted me $70, I wanted to shop around so I went to this place and asked for a quote for the least expensive using the post office FedEx and other carriers. Now, I don't know if their scale is off or what, but the post office told me my box with 6 pounds these clowns told me my box was 7 pounds and that the least expensive way to ship was going to be $120 through USPS

I needed to ship two packages thru Fed Ex and it took over ten minutes standing in line until I finally got to the counter.
There were two people working behind the counter and five people standing in line waiting. They really need more people working in the store in order to offer better customer service. I would not recommend going to this store.

I have been a long time customer of this store. I had them pack and ship the contents of a three bedroom apartment and used them to send xmas gifts for the past ten years. The store personnel are friendly knowledgeable and are always ready to assist. The Owner, Micheal, personalizes all services. My family and friends utilize this stores services and consider this location to be a great time and expense saving!

They always go the extra mile for you and have such a friendly atmosphere and courteous service. There are so many services available with shipping/mailing, they have greeting cards and gifts, supplies and also provide notary services. I have had a mailbox with them for many years, which is an added convenience, and I would not go anywhere else.

I recently shipped boxes from Boca Raton (emptied condo) to Cleveland, OH. I packed most of the 9 boxes, but did not pack the framed paintings myself. The boxes were heavy, so I called the owner, Mike, for a pickup that very morning. He IMMEDIATELY drove over and picked up all the boxes. At his shop, he packed the framed paintings separately and double-boxed one of my pre-packed boxes of fragile items. All boxes arrives well-packed and all items were fine. GREAT SERVICE. PRICES VERY REASONABLE. OWNER IS SUPER HONEST ABOUT PRICES, ETC.

We had a small mail box and mail forwarding service through this location for many years. We have since ceased our business with this establishment.
Here is our story:
We were clients of this establishment for approx 3 years. In that time we paid every six months via credit credit over the phone to extend our mail box service and fund our mail forwarding, generally speaking this was about 95$ for six months of mail box usage and 20$ to forward mail monthly (if even).
