Incredibly not professional.
Overlooked many details and turned out to ask customers to pay an unexpected high fee to close an equity loan, which was not communicated with the customers at all. The estimated closing fees kept changing till the last minute, right before the signing. So the customers were rushed to sign and no time to respond.

Loanontime just closed my refinance loan two weeks ago. Loanontime is very honest financial service company. It offers most competitive interest rate to customers. It's staffs always reply my emails within one hour. They know what their clients need. This time Loanontime even credited $2150 to pay my property tax. And they always do things right and close loan in time.
I strongly recommend Loanontime.

Really bad services. I had a refinancing with them, They delayed the process, and didn't want to pay extension fee to extend the rate and let me re-lock at higher rate, I didn't agree and they didn't re-lock at same rate as they offered. Really bad, don't trust them, for them, the rate they offered is nothing, they will freely change it and let you close at higher since you
already paid appraisal fee. Be careful for the docs they ask you to sign, it protect them to do such things. Don't have time to deal with them, choose others.

I got Cindy's number from the radio station over 8 years ago, but ,interestingly, I have never met her in person. She offers no point no fee with very competitive rates. Since it does not cost me anything to lower my mortgage rate, I have done that at least 7-8 times with her and lower my rate from 5%+ to 2.75% (the loan we just closed). Cindy is very knowledgeable about the loan products and real estate market. She has come out with many different strategies to close loans and leverage the equity from my current house to buy a 2nd house. All this won't be possible without her help

So far, our experience with Loanontime.com has been quick and smooth. After filling out their inquiry form online, we received a call from loanontime (Jessica) first thing the next morning about what steps we need to take to get a pre-approval. By the end of the same day, we had our pre-approval letter in hand. Jessica and Cindy have both been very helpful and attentive to our needs. We haven't found a home yet, but so far we are happy with their service, quick response times, and their professionalism.

After contacting roughly 7 brokers, credit unions and banks to shop the refinance of our mortgage, I saw an ad in the paper for Cindy Liu at Loanontime.com. I was impressed by her prompt, professional response and very competitive rates so I decided to check out her reviews on Yelp. Uh oh. 1.5 stars and only two reviews? I was worried about moving forward with her until I scrolled down and noticed there were six (6) filtered reviews and those Yelpers each had given her a 5-star rating! With my faith restored that her rates could be real, we took the leap of faith and met with her at her office

Considering the good loan programs they have, I gave them two stars. Otherwise, I will give one star only.
We have been their customer since 2005 when we purchased our first home. My friend was an agent with them and he gave me excellent service and rate. Since my friend switched his focus on real estate, we have been dealing with the owner Cindy Liu for our refinancing. She was very nice and approachable at the beginning. But she is now too busy talking on radio and never answer her phone or emails. She is becoming too big to take care old customers like us.
