We recently had them replace all our windows in a very poorly insulated 3 season room. They found us GORGEOUS floor to ceiling windows, and put new insulated doors on it as well. They also built us a small landing down to a pool area. The windows are gorgeous and VERY well done. They were meticulous about their work.
We also had them replace windows in our dining room and bathroom. I didn't realize just how drafty these windows were until they installed wonderful new windows.
I cannot recommend their work enough.

L-W Construction completed two projects for me. The first was installing a fence in my backyard, which turned out excellent. Several months later we had a bad storm where a large tree branch fell directly on the fence and it didn’t damage the fence at all. We recently had them
install a new roof on our home and we were equally as impressed with their work. Their prices are fair and they never sacrifice quality. I’d highly recommend Wilmur and team for any project.

Unfortunately, it turns out that Wilmer is not very reliable. After charging me $650 to power wash my decks, he power washed too close to the wood and damaged all the boards on both my decks. It was apparent that he didn't have much knowledge on how to power wash. Most people know that if you power wash too hard and close to the wood, it ruins the boards. I could have just done it myself and done a better job as I usually do my own every year.

We hired LW Construction to replace a wooden fence with an entrance gate and arbor, after getting quotes from 3 other businesses. Wilmer and his crew were all very professional, responsive, polite, neat and timely and they did an excellent job for a fair price. In planning the project, Wilmer was able to make suggestions that we hadn't thought of and as small issues came up during the process, he was able to quickly resolve them in the best possible way and at no additional cost. I will hire this company again for future projects and will recommend them to friends and family as well.

BROKEN PROMISES
In June I left a good review about LW after installing 305 feet of vinyl fencing which cost me about 8k but 3 months later I started to notice the panel started to space out where I can see through it, I called to let him know what was going on and that the gate is not closing right he said that he was going to stop by to take a look at it and never did or call to say that he couldn't make it. So I called him last week and he said that he was going to stop by on Thursday no show so I tried again yesterday and he did mention to me that he will be by at the end of the day again no
