We are a family owned and operated company and we are proud to call The Woodlands, Texas home for over 25 years! It's been our pleasure to work with homeowners in this area for so many years. German roaches are most common in our area and are often mistaken for the Asian roach because their appearance is identical in every aspect with a few exceptions. When you see ONE, that typically means there are HUNDREDS living in your walls - YUCK! Since every roach is born fertile and ready to breed.
Fire ants can cause severe allergic reactions and be dangerous to humans. If you've ever had an ant bite you understand just how painful they can be. They can even leave scars! Unfortunately, fire ants tend to congregate in areas where families gather - play structures, porches and patios. We offer year long prevention.
Please do not try to treat these issues by yourself. Trying to treat bees, wasps or a hornet problem on your own may eliminate the insect and leave the larvae - not good! If not properly removed, the larvae invites other insects to come in for the honey. Did you know that red paper wasps nests can house up to 30 wasps at a time?
They are one of the leading causes of damage to wood structures - your home, garage, barn, deck, etc. The reason termites are so abundant in the South is due to our climate conditions - think heat and humidity! As a Real Estate agent I use and recommended John to all my clients. John is very affordable and gets the job done with a guarantee.
One of my clients had a tenant that left the house with a major flea infestation. There were thousands of fleas inside and outside the house. After charging me only $270 he came out 6-7 times to make sure the fleas were completely gone. I even offered to pay him more because I felt he undercharged me for the job he was doing. He refused. Other companies quoted me $400-$600 without a guarantee. I will definitely continue using Southern Pest Control and recommend John

The owner is very responsive and informative. He is always willing to help & answer all my questions. I have dogs, so I get very concerned about treatment with them. He will let me know what works best & safest with them. Scheduling is easy and always professional when they are at my home. Definitely recommend.
