Born 1977 in the suburbs of Chicago, Jeffrey Cloutier found an interest in photography at an early age while using the family Polaroid camera. Since then he has exhibited his photography collections in many galleries and has published several photographic art books. As owner of Cloutier Fotographic Mr. Cloutier provides his printing and photography services for a broad range of clients.
We have been providing the highest quality archival fine art prints for many clients over the years. All of our materials are archival and we are able to produce accurate color reproduction thanks to our expertise and system calibration. We monitor our color calibration weekly and strive to produce the best fine art prints available.
Jeffrey has given my photography new life, and his expert recommendations have help me create a saleable product many times. He offers his services from the perspective of a talented photographer. Jeff's quality in his digital printing is amazing! I used his services for an assignment I needed to submit for my MFA program.

I've taken three pieces of my original artwork to Jeff to be photographed and printed on archival fine art paper. The quality of the work was absolutely fabulous. He took time to go over several paper options with me and gave me his professional recommendation. I could not have been more pleased with the results. The images were crisp and the colors were representative of the original artwork. As an anniversary present I wanted a photo printed. Instead of going to a CVS or Costco, I was happy to go somewhere local where I knew the business would take care and pay attention to my photo and print job.
The price was almost the same as Costco would have been, but the premium paper, finishing touches, feedback, and ease of use of his site has made Coultier Fotographic my go to for any future print/photo work.

I took in 35 mm slides that had been taken in the mid 60's to the early 70's, requesting they be digitized. Jeff was very kind and professional. Jeff restored an old photo that had special meaning to me. The photo had some damage due to sunlight and being in a broken frame. The print of the color photo was faded, but I can still see the colors on the curtains in my grandma's house on it, which I love. Jeff also recommended a B and W print of the photo which looks so great! He put both images on a disk for me so I can send it to some family members. It was great working with Jeff.

Jeff was really excellent from beginning to end. As a photographer, i have high standards for prints. He nailed the proofs and the final print. He listened to the edits I wanted and made suggestions along the way. Jeff was also very accommodating and was able to fit me into his schedule after i had a last minute work schedule change.
His prices were quite reasonable and the quality of work was outstanding. I will be returning to this business for any other printing needs i have in the future.
Don't shop around. This is the guy you want to do your prints. Nuff said.
