I love connecting with my customers. Usually when a customer shares their address with me, I'll send them a Thank You card for choosing RapidTech for their computer needs. I'll also add them to my holiday card list and mail out cards during the holiday season. These days some people consider it old school.
It's something I enjoy doing. It's a small gesture that goes a long way and helps make a person's day better. Even my computers break down. And, it happened at the last Free Software Saturday. I booted up my laptop and there was an error that the system fan was not working properly. I opened it up real quick.

If you need a computer guy you need MR. VINCENT! The first time I called Vincent was a few days before Christmas to help install a cooling system on a gaming computer. I dropped off the computer and left it to him to resolve while I went back to work. He installed the new hardware along with the software while communicating the options quickly and he was very responsive. Not only did Vincent repair my computer the same day but he also took time to ensure everything worked. This was such a relief for me as this was going to be a gift and he saved the day in getting it ready! The second time I called

I highly recommend RapidTech 100%! Reasonable pricing, & an extremely friendly and patient guy who knows his stuff! I ran into some startup problems with my laptop which I use for school so it was urgent I had it looked at and he was willing to look at it and give an estimate/quote for free on the same day!
