After having numerous problems with another company who never sent me the CPAP supplies I ordered I decided to look for another supplier. I found ACS and I’m so glad I did. They were so helpful and did all the paperwork to get it all switched over. Received my supples yesterday and everything I needed was in there. Thank you ACS for a great experience! I highly recommend.

I couldn't agree more with the first review. Because I changed from regular medicare to an advantage plan I couldn't continue with this provider - which I'd been with many years. In a way it was good as I experienced another provider who was awful.Sometimes you need a wake up call! These people are honest, friendly, know what they're are doing and are willing to work with their customers. My Dr. loves them for those very reasons and so do I.

I was traveling through town and realized that I hadn't packed my CPAP mask. After calling around and finding many places that couldn't help me, ACS did have the mask I needed in stock, and even called my doctor to get the order faxed. They took care of everything, and helped get my trip back on track. Their customer service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended. No extra fees for getting fitted for CPAP. Free delivery to your home. Great and attentive customer service. Works with Medicaid. You mainly just give them authorization via phone call to send delivery to your home each month. No extra fees for that. If you prefer, they can also deliver at your work place or they can meet you if you dont want to pick up the supplies yourself at Urbandale. Top notch. Wish I could have stayed with them but I moved out of state. A+
