Attorney Falvey, requested that we pay him $2,500 for his fees and court fees. So we did without any hesitation and wanted to get everything going and over with quickly.
My mother and I had made another trip to the law office and sat with the paralegal and gave all the paperwork that attorney Falvey wanted, yet some how we were missing a lot of stuff that was not mentioned to us that were needed. He had circled the items on a packet of paperwork that were needed.
As soon as we had given the documents needed to the law office, everything else was in their hands...until....

I would like to start off by stating Attorney Falvey is a crook, thief and a lier. For the past year I have been assisting my parents financially, until it reached the time that they were left no choice but to file for bankruptcy, after years of accrued debt lead by health issues. After researching, we had thought attorney Falvey was the right choice, so we thought. I made an initial consultation with Falvey and my mother, and everything seemed well at that point. Very excellent job that Attorney Falvey and Attorney Davison has done for me this year and last year and I would continue. They helped me with the harassing robocalls and I received total of 3 settlement checks from their law office in the amount of $6,980.00 and this was before I filed for bankruptcy. They are the best.
