Terrible service. I asked for a 3" receiver and they put on a 2.5". When I told him that he had put on the wrong size the owner walks out and measures the outside of the tube and says no you got a 3". Trailer receivers are measured by the inside diameter. When I told him that he told me they don't make a 3". I pulled a Reese one on my phone and showed it to him. He acted like that was the first time he had ever seen a 3" receiver. He did offer to reinstall my factory Dodge tube type that was laying in the corner all cut up. I declined the old hitch and told him that I would get a 3" tube and he

We've been to GT welding for several jobs. He's not the most professional, but he is a great guy and will do what he can to help you out. Our last experience was getting a bracket put on our car so we can tow it behind our motorhome. He spent a lot of time with us to explain how it worked and showed us how to hook it up, and even changed the plug we needed to be able to plug it in. He's a character, so take that into consideration. But he is fair and great to work with.

Not only did they offer the best price for a hitch, they got it taken care of quickly. Had one installed on my CR-V a couple years ago and it has never given me any problems. He installed a custom-made hitch that doesn't look like an eye-sore, and handled the wiring too. I'll be a returning customer.
