Mindy simplified the experience of preparing our family for dealing with aging parents. I cannot imagine a better attorney experience than the one our family had with Mindy. She has such extensive expertise in elder law and SOLELY because of this our family was able to keep my mother in the wonderful nursing home she was in for close to 2 years before she passed away. This took a tremendous burden off our shoulders and helped us immensely during a very stressful process. I strongly disagree with reviews that dismiss Felinton Elder Law as a sales scam. For the past five years, Mindy has worked with three generations of my family on many elder-related issues such as wills, POA's, health-related documents, and, especially, various types of estate planning trusts. Elder care legal considerations are, by their very nature, complex, time-consuming, and expensive. Through all of our interactions, Mindy has balanced the professional and the personal, more than once going our of her way to make last-minute personal accommodations and document changes necessary for our peace
