Mr. Roesner received his Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from the University of Arizona. Since joining the Fontana Group in 1990, Mr. Roesner has conducted or participated in hundreds of research and consulting projects primarily related to the automobile industry.
Fontana Staff have given presentations and seminars to dealer groups, attorney groups, accountants and others. We have presented at the NADA annual convention, the NADC semi-annual conferences, as well as to many other groups. We also have authored white papers on Customer Satisfaction and Retail Sales Effectiveness.

While an admirable goal, it has also been used as the basis for discriminating between dealerships, termination, denial of new points, and the awarding of bonuses. The Fontana Group has been my go to tax preparation service for years. When I left the local area I did not want to lose a trusted partner so I reached out to Dom to see if we could keep this going long distance. It's been about 5 years since I moved and I'm glad to have maintained the relationship. Dom does a great job communicating with me to make it easy. FWIW, I already got one of my refunds already this year!
