As time has passed, previous generation have worked many years and subsequently retired from the asphalt business.
Currently, Ken owns and runs the operations, along with other skilled workers. Ken has worked with his Father Ron since he was a young man, some 20 plus years. By having this experience on numerous types of jobs, we can give knowledgeable recommendations regarding your pavement surfaces.

Our primary focus at Bailey Asphalt is on construction, resurfacing, and striping of commercial parking lots. Tired of the big boys? Private roads are another area where we excel. Bailey Asphalt is the premier asphalt paving company in the greater Michiana area. We work within a 90 mile radius of Niles, MI encompassing all of Southwest Michigan ad Northern. Indiana. We have and will also travel further for specific commerical projects outside our normal service area. Bailey Asphalt specializes in all new construction asphalt installation and damaged asphalt repair.

I called this business yesterday, not sure who I spoke with because they answered the phone “Hello?” After ensuring I contacted the correct number for Bailey’s Asphalt I explained the issue I was having and out of no where the man said “my time is money and I’m not doing a repair for $400”. At this point I had not said one thing about money, I just needed a quote and scope of work so I could have a very time sensitive issue corrected at a property I manage. I can’t speak for this companies work because I was not given the opportunity to have the work completed before the representative

Ken and his guys were great! I had tried to contact other pavers and Ken was the only one to call me back right away and schedule time to come give me a quote...very much appreciate his open and quick communication whereas the others in his line of work wouldn't even call me back! My REALLY LONG driveway looks awesome. They were in and out in 2 days... we are very happy with out the guys left our house (no trash and very mindful of the yard) and very excited to have a paved driveway! No more dust.. would definitely recommend!
