Mike Hull founded Bison Septic Pumping in 2015. He has been working in the field since the mid 1980's. He first began working for Rada Inc doing mechanic work and repairs on equipment, pouring concrete products including septic tanks. He became confident in installing new septic systems and doing pump float repairs on existing systems.
Working for Elmer Rada, he learned the ins and outs of the Septic Tanks and what it takes to be an honest businessman. Pati Hull has been supporting the business since the beginning. She is Mike's wife and handles all of the billing and payment, keeping the business moving.

Bison Septic Pumping is a family owned and operated septic company based in Burbank, Washington. We service the greater Tri-Cities area and all of Benton, Franklin, Columbia, and Walla Walla counties. We take pride in our work and handle all of your septic service needs. Combined, both owners have over 40 years of experience in the septic industry.
We will come onsite to your home or business and perform septic pumping services. Additionally, we will take the time to inspect the tank and inform you of any potential issues. We also enjoy talking with our customers and educating them on septic tanks and proper maintenance. There are times when the drawing to show the location of the tank is either inaccurate or does not exist.

These guys are great and would highly recommend them for any type of septic issues you may have. They are a one stop shop and have most parts to fix your system when they show up. I called everyone in the Tri-Cities and their prices were much higher and could not come for several days. They went above and beyond and came out after all their regular day calls and got my system up and running. I then set up an appointment to have the system jetted out. They were on time and got the work done quickly. They were very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I will be a returning customer

Mike is incredibly helpful and honest. My mother’s home had a pump failure in her system (a system which apparently has never been serviced or pumped!) and he went above and beyond while getting it repaired and operational. We didn’t even know where the lids were! He was extremely thorough, explained the entire system, and recommended ways she could save money by doing some things ourselves. We will definitely use his service again and recommend without any reservations!

Mike was amazing! We know NOTHING about our septic system and he was a joy to deal with. We called on a Saturday with our alarm going off and he walked us through some tests and was able to come out Monday first thing to fix it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Mike and Rick were amazing during our septic emergency! I have little children, and our septic backed up in the home, and they made time for us IMMEDIATELY to ensure my family didn’t have to be exposed... Fixing our issues promptly, and finding our septic tanks (the city had no records of ours because of the year it was built). I called literally every place in Tri-Cities, and Rick was the only person who answered, or even gave me a call back at all.
