The business has grown from harvesting a handful of cattle, in the early days, to 1800 head processed each day. Today, the company operates two processing locations and markets products worldwide.

Our first priority is service. Over the years, the company has worked very closely with area ranchers and dairy operators on their cull cow and bull programs. Our company has continually upgraded our harvest and fabrication process in order to provide our suppliers with the highest carcass yields and dollar value possible.
Our Sales Team is located in Amarillo. We work diligently at adding value! Our beef and offal products are beef-marketing1marketed both nationally and internationally. We have several unique product lines. Product quality and service is our top priority. Our products are marketed extensively to national foodservice, retail and further processing customers.
Food Safety is our top priority! This is evident in the design of our "state-of-the-art" harvest facility. We focus on maintaining an environment for producing products that exceed the highest food safety standards. Vigorous product quality monitoring, customer specifications, and USDA inspection are utilized to establish and implement meaningful standard operating procedures for the processing and distribution of our products.
