Though the business name seems like my name is Sue, I am actually AmySue! I started out with a friend who's middle name was also Sue. A few months in, things didn't work out and it's just me now. That said, I'm so happy and just love making delicious & fun themed cakes and sweets for you & all of your special occasions!

I have been baking all of my life and started my business from home in Pleasant Dale, Nebraska in 2010, and my family and I moved to Lincoln in 2011. I work from a separate kitchen "bakery" in the basement of my home. Everything I use is commercial rated, I am fully licensed and inspected by the health department!

Colors: I can make your mints in any color you'd like from a light silver or gold to white and black, just keep in mind darker colors like purple, black, blue, & red will temporally stain teeth & mouths.

I used Super Sue's for cake and cupcakes for my parents anniversary party. She decorated the carrot cake to mimic their original wedding cake 40 years ago. She also baked us 5 different flavors of cupcakes...all of which were delicious and got rave reviews from guests. Will definitely use Amy Sue's services again!

AmySue was wonderful to work with for our wedding cakes! She was able to make a R2D2 groom cake for my husband and it turned out so awesome. She was also very flexible and responsive. I changed my wedding cake 3 times and she never complained. She simply said, "Of course!" Both our cakes were delicious and beautiful - her service and quality were excellent!

I had a Land Before Time cake designed with Red Claw on top. It was a huge hit and everyone said the cake was delicious. I couldn’t have gotten a better cake. I would recommend Super Sue’s Cakes to everyone. The cake and art work is so good Sue could win Cake Wars!!!! Plus, the price was right. So Happy!!! Thank you my grandson loved his cake and so did I!!!!

I have ordered several times from her shoppe.the stuff tasted amazing!But until recently,I have experienced a very un-professional side of her.not returning calls or texts as said to do for a "faster reply".Rather than responding back,I received a recent text from her saying she will no longer work with me due to to not picking up/or cancelling a past mint order,when in fact I tried several times at different times of the day.i was beginning to think I had the wrong #,with no response.
