Chad Phillips is an amazing agent. Yesterday I was involved in a car accident. It had been over 20 years since I had been involved in one. I called Chad and he helped me through the whole process from filing a claim with the insurance company to getting my car towed. All the while calming me down. I wish there were more options to select why I LOVE Moran Insurance. I have been with them since 1992- started with my business insurance while owning the Bagel Connection to continuing with personal insurance since the sale. Always prompt, professional, shop to get you the best rates- basically I would say one word Integrity and that is who you want to do business with! Recommend they often and never disappoint!

An amazing firm that makes you feel at home. The staff at Moran really does go the extra mile when it comes to their clients and as a client myself, I can tell you it shows. Donna is my specific agent who handles my policy and questions regarding (trust that I have a lot, you should see our call log). Even with her busy day and numerous clients, she always took time to answer mine and get back to me within a timely manner, even though some of my inquiries were pretty asinine. She always did so with such care and enthusiasm and always answered her phone with excitement.

Chad was able to save me an extensive amount of money on my motorcycle. He knew about your insurance policies and also knew about other insurance companies and how to save me money but also have good coverage. I have been using Matt Lehmann at Moran for the past 4 years. He converted me from a Nationwide policy with no service at all. He handled all of the paper work, he handles all of the phone calls and all of the hassles that insurance has. He also was unbiased about telling me what insurance I truly needed. Sometimes that means you pay more but you don't want to pay less and find out that you aren't covered.
When I have had a claim he was on top of it and lead to getting quick payment without my policy going through the roof.
