Tyler Switzer was most personable and knowledgeable. I am computer-challenged, and was having problems working my new HP Office Jet Pro 8020e series printer. Tyler made a home visit the very next day, and walked me through all the features of scanning, and mobile/e-faxing, and how to print-out documents in an understandable way that HP Support over the phone was not able to. Saved me a lot of stress. I highly recommend Tyler’s services, and will use him in the future.

Opened up my computer one morning to see literally 100 virus warnings and was so nervous bc ALL my work is on there!!! I shut down my computer and called My Total Tech Support - they reacted so quickly and had my computer back to me in less than 15 minutes! All completely restored and virus free! So thankful for the amazing customer service and the knowledge you could tell all the technicians had! I'll definitely be back.

I called My Total Tech Support to help me with my WiFi issues. I have a pretty big house with a lot of dead spots throughout. These guys came out quickly and had a new stable network installed in days! I will definitely be using them for anything I need technology related in the future!

Great service! Tyler helped me get a new graphics card running in my computer after I tried getting it going for days. Dropped it off around noon and he had it working in a few hours, so fast I couldn't even pick it up that day! Thanks for the assist, you guys rock!!
