At North Orange Water and Sewer LLC, we are committed to providing safe, high quality water services to our community, while maintaining a standard of excellence in customer service and environmental conservation. NOWS has completed installation of two new booster pumps for the Longford System sewer customers.

We also have completed the installation of a new booster pump for the Country Squire System sewer customers. We have also completed the installation of a new well pump at the Country Squire water plant. Lead-Copper testing has been completed and those customers on the TCEQ listing will receive results once they are released to us.

Nextbillpay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you to pay your bill online.
As your local water utility provider, we strive to keep you continually updated on all matters related to your water service. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will gladly assist you! Your new sewer winter average will be reflected on your next bill that is to be mailed out the third week of April.
Some refrigerators, air conditioners and ice-makers are cooled with wasted flows of water. Consider upgrading with air-cooled appliances for significant water savings. Use a small pan of cold water when cleaning vegetables, rather than letting the water run over them. Then, collect the water you use for rinsing fruits and vegetables, and reuse it to water house plants.

Each and every time I have called this office no one answers the phone when they are supposed to be open. When I leave a message for call back....usually no one calls me back.
