A Helical Pier can be thought of as a large screw, which is driven into the ground. It provides stability to the foundation, acting like an anchor. In fact, they are also known in the industry as anchors, piles, and screwpiles. They provide deep foundation solutions for both new construction, and to repair an existing foundation.
A good portion of our wet basement solutions involves sealing foundation wall cracks in poured concrete foundations (poured concrete is the most common type of basement in the greater Seattle area). Using our Epoxy / Urethane injection process, holes can be closed from the inside or from the outside using our Wall-Clay process.
