This list represents a list our our most frequently treated conditions, though, is certainly not all-inclusive. Cancer-Supportive care, Increase effectiveness of conventional treatment and minimize side effects of chemotherapy and radiation. Individualized nutrition, individualized treatments, cancer prevention for those in remission.
The following forms are for patients who do not use computers, or are unable to access the digital format. Please inquire with staff before using these. NOTE: Please send all intake forms by either US postal service, fax, scan, or an emailed PDF. If you are taking a photo of intake form, convert the photo to a legible PDF file before sending for best results.
Our office is open Monday through Thursday. We require a two business day notice, by telephone, for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. Appointments missed or cancelled with less than two business day notice will be charged the full cost of the visit. We require a credit card to hold a new patient appointment.
Although each case is unique, typically, the second visit will be 45 minutes and the visits thereafter, between 30-45 minutes. Occasionally there will be a deviation from this standard, which the doctor would discuss with you. Naturopathic training includes 2 years of basic medical sciences-anatomy, physiology, pathology, diagnosis, biochemistry- followed by completion of the national basic science board exams.

I absolutely love this place and the people that make it. I've been going here since I was 14 I believe and I'm 21 now. I have seen both Marcus and Rebecca over the years, both are excellent.
I have chosen Rebecca as my primary care provider, and she's been amazing. She helped me get an endometriosis diagnosis after years of not knowing why I was in so much pain, and has helped me along that journey. I love that they really take seriously the whole mind and body together.
I come here about once every 3 months, and honestly I look forward to it every time. I can't say that

Wonderful care in the true meaning of the word!! Dr. Marcus continually works with me as an individual with my particular needs. I love it that he actually listens to me and takes an incredible amount of time to try to come up with solutions to what ails me. He has actually kept me out of the ER and hospital as well as given me alternatives to standard medical practices and pharmaceuticals.

After reading the glowing reviews on Yelp, I read the SNM website, and decided to give them a call to ask a couple of questions and schedule an appointment. I called, left a message; no return call within 24 hours. I called again and left a message. Another day went by and my call was finally returned. The person calling left a message for me; I was told the office was VERY busy and they weren't always able to return calls. My questions were answered and I was given some possible appt. dates. Dr. Marcus and his staff are amazing! I have been struggling with chronic fatigue and digestive issues, bloating & pain. Come to find out that I have SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth) as well as parasite and a yeast infection. In my case, my severe condition required treatment from antibiotics which Dr. Marcus was able to prescribe. He and his staff helped me weed through all the insurance/drug company red tape and I was able to get my prescription at a reduced price. I am feeling better and all of it is due to Dr. Marcus and his staff-Tonya and Melinda!

I love this place. Dr. M and his staff are amazing. I am dealing with an autoimmune disease and Dr. Marcus is like a breath of fresh air. He answers my questions, encourages me and has offered amazing tools that has produced RESULTS! No drugs needed here people.
He also sees my sweet baby girl and I can say that I trust this man over my Sutter doctor anyday of the week.

It would be impossible to enumerate here the health issues both large and small that the Porrinos have helped resolve for me and my family. Everything from my daughter's severe motion sickness to my own auto-immune illness. (I had no idea--Dr. Marcus discerned this from our first visit, looking at the symptoms and also really listening to me, and confirmed it with blood work.) Dr. Marcus Porrino has been helping me with my adrenal problems for several months now, and his knowledge about what it takes for a body to heal itself is amazing! I had seen many other practitioners before but I never trusted any of them as much as I trust Dr. Marcus. He is sincerely caring and excellent at producing results!
