Tom was as good as ever! All my new door fixtures are beautiful, and now I can rest easy again. The lock on my front door was sticking so badly that I had to wrestle with it for a good two minutes before it would finally open. That was a hazard waiting to happen (god forbid there was a fire/emergency and I couldn't get the door open). Tom's work is always A+ work, I'm so happy with it. He even remembered me, even after all the time that's passed from when I last called him. Thank you so much Tom, I really appreciate your great work!

Professional service provided. Needed our locks re-keyed. Thomas showed up on time and was very knowledgeable about the quality and life of locks available. Integrity’s expert service gives me peace of mind that our doors are more secure and the doors were re-keyed with no problem. Thomas was also able to change the garage door signal, garage key pad code and link the new signal to a new clicker and our cars. Would definitely recommend Integrity!

We just moved to a new house and Thomas at Integrity Lock & Key made rekeying one less thing we had to worry about! Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick, and he was right on time. The previous owner had lost keys, unbalanced doors, and left keys for us that didn't fit any lock. Thomas was able to handle all of this for us, preventing a major headache! On a scale of 1 to 10 ten being the best I would rate Thomas a 10+. I purchased a new home in Sun City and had issues with most of the locks working poorly and worn out. He either fixed or replace them. He has a large inventory of products to choose from and can custom order if need be. Best of all he will work with you on pricing. He did a great job and is super friendly besides.

Tom was out of town when I called to have my house re-keyed. I was unable to schedule precisely with him due to personal circumstances. Tom was very amenable to a tentative schedule for the work after his return. Contact between us was maintained until I was able to give him a precise time. The work was completed as requested and was of excellent quality.
The only delays were caused by me talking.

I recommend Integrity Lock & Key, and will call on them in the future.

Tom did an excellent job in rekeying home. He took his time to explain all the different options available. He tried to make a door bolt work but it was not functional so he replaced it. The work is guaranteed for a year. Will recommend his services.
