I am a trans man who had my top surgery done by Dr Ali Tontonchi. His work is amazing, I have received so many compliments. Top surgery was 8/5/20 and I choosed to have a revision done for small dog ears that took place on 4/23/21. I am still healing but can already see the results.. Dr Tontonchi and his staff are wonderful.. highly recommend to anyone looking for a amazing surgeon in the ohio area

Dr. Totonchi is a wonderful Plastic Surgeon! I have gone to him for years. Mostly for laser peels and Botox. He is very skilled at what he does and is very kind. He never tries to “upsell” you on anything nor have you do anything that you are not comfortable with. His staff is amazing as well! I highly recommend!

I suffered with new daily persistent headaches every second of every day for four & half years. Then on Jan 28th of 2020, I had migraine surgery & have not had a migraine in almost 4 months now.Dr Totonchi is an excellent Doctor. Also the staff is very friendly.Anyone with migraines,this is the best Doctor and hospital to go.I will be forever grateful !

I am 6 months post-op from a septoplasty/rhinoplasty and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Totonchi came highly recommended to me by my sister, who also had the same procedure done. He and his staff (specifically Sharon and Laura) impressed me from day one. Everyone is kind, patient, and understanding. I had absolutely no nerves the morning of my procedure. Everyone in the surgery center really put me at ease and got me excited for the surgery to start. Dr. Totonchi gave me the most flawless nose inside and out, and I could not be more grateful!

When I first met Dr.Totonchi I found him to be a man of few words and a bit unflinching which almost led me to second guess my decision on having a tumor removed. Well I'm glad I didn't listen to myself because this man is phenomenal and thanks to him I can now put my foot back into my mouth where it clearly belongs. So if you are looking for someone who whispers sweet nothing's into your ear, Dr. T might not be the man for you. If you are looking for an experienced and outstanding surgeon you found him . From the initial consultation, to the plastic surgery and all of the post operative care, Dr. Totonchi and his staff have been amazing throughout. The best part is that they were affordable and they truly care about you. Every one is kind and attentive, not to mention that I am very very pleased with my tummy tuck and abdominal surgery results! A job exceptionally done, a big thank you to Dr. Totonchi and his team. If I ever have more work done this is exactly where I'd go, one of the best Cleveland plastic surgery doctors.
