I was in the market for a home and auto insurance and received many quotes from various providers. I found myself coming back to State Farm, specifically agent Alex Humphers in the Central Valley, because he was attentive to detail, had stellar customer service, was patient, and communicated with me through my channel preference which is email. I am a very busy person, so working with someone like him was a dream come true. He returned emails and calls. He wants pushy even when I told him I had a few other quotes to get before deciding. State Farm was able to offer me the coverage I was looking

Alex is a very informative and helpful agent. He made the process of obtaining life insurance very easy and pleasant. If there was any technical difficulties, he got it resolved within minutes. I have been a customer to this business for many years now and let me tell you they always take the time to go above and beyond. I have never felt like I was bothering them with the many many questions that I had. They took the time to explain everything to me and even go above and beyond to find the correct price for me and break down what each cost is and why. If you don’t have life insurance this is definitely the place you want to open an account with trust me!
