I went to check out Spring Creek for my Mom. However, there was no one at the reception desk and no one around the front door. I wandered all thru the facility by myself, checked back at front desk three times before I left. This may be a wonderful facility, but I will never know because if I can walk in and wander through out the building, so can ANYONE. I expect a little more security for the place I move my Mom.

A very warm and welcoming community between the staff and overall atmosphere. It's very well lit with the natural light, which makes it so bright and cheery! Their staff is so knowledgeable and responsive to the resident care side of things! The activities there are also consistent and creative for the residents!

The hiring process was a very pleasant experience. The hiring manager Michelle was very friendly and approachable. She answered every question I had and explained my position very well. Talking to her felt like I was talking to an old friend as she was very outgoing and didn't make me feel awkward at all! I highly recommend Brookdale spring Creek gardens to be your next step to a fulfilling career. We have a great staff and lovely managers on our team! 😁

This is a warm, cozy, “family” feeling place. It is easy for my mom to get around, very well lit, simple floor plan. Her room was completely remodeled before she moved in. Activities have kept her busy and the transition easier. Kelley added such sweet and personal touches, like a garden flag with a J on it right outside her window overlooking the garden. Several of the other residents welcomed her in inviting her to Bingo, church and exercise class.
