Weisenburger Law Offices
You may be in a dilemma that seems unique to you, but our firm rarely encounters a problem we haven't solved before. Whether your goal is to simply negotiate the best possible resolution or litigate your case to a conclusion, we can help. Unlike most lawyers in our County, we are not generalists. Each lawyer in our firm focuses on a particular specialty.

This allows each one of us to be proficient in one specific area of the law and offer you an unmatched level of expertise. We understand the stress and anxiety that comes along with any legal matter. Through our client portal, you will be able to see updated information on the progress of your case and communicate with us at all times.
Services
Weisenburger Law is dedicated to serving the residents of Ohio with effective legal representation on criminal, DUI, family law, estate planning and elder law matters. Learn more about how we can help you below. With offices in Ravenna and Stow, our firm primarily services clients in Portage and Summit Counties.
The justice systems in Portage and Summit Counties are harsh and unforgiving. They are designed to make it nearly impossible to represent yourself without botching your case. The complexities are just as overwhelming for inexperienced lawyers. Since the consequences of a criminal conviction can impact numerous aspects of your life, it is wise to look into hiring the best criminal defense lawyer possible.
The area of Family Law, also called Domestic Relations, involves the termination of a marriage in Ohio. Domestic Relations also encompass family law matters, such as child custody and child support. The Domestic Relations Court is where you typically go to legally end a marriage. The end of a marriage is always stressful, and you need the best guidance to make the legal process as smooth as possible.
Elder Law is a term that has very broad connotations depending on the needs of the individual.

Generally speaking, Elder Law encompasses estate planning, including wills, trusts, and their administration, Medicaid asset protection and planning to prevent your and your spouse's impoverishment, preparing powers of attorney for financial and healthcare matters, Medicare review and claims, guardianship/conservatorship, and advanced health care directives.
Estate planning is the term used to describe the process of preparing for eventualities such as death or incapacity in more complex cases, sometimes involving trusts, a power of attorney for healthcare or finances, living wills, etc. It offers numerous benefits, even if you don't have tangible possessions.

This Law group handled my divorce! The wife walked out to be with her ex husband. She Wanted a dissolution. After she decided to go full divorce and go after my pension and etc I retained Heather Dyer! They were very professional and kept me abreast through the whole case. My divorce ended up as uncontested and a dissolution was granted… I maintained all my assets as well as my pension! I give all the thanks them whom I’m sure were sent to me by God!!!

I’m very grateful for the help I got from attorney Dan Weisenburger and his amazing staff at Weisenburger law offices. BEST lawyers in town! I was worried but, they explained everything in detail and eased my mind. Any time I needed them they were always available. They tell it like it is and they NEVER sugar coat anything! They are genuine and their legal advice is dead on. I definitely recommend them for anybody who needs a lawyer

Very responsive and professional. Made me feel like they actually cared about my divorce and not just doing their job. Kept me abreast. And did a fine job handling my case! Blessings!

Several key parts of my divorce decree were mishandled.
I wish more than anything I would have hired a different firm for the price I paid.

Overpriced fees and poor legal representation is what you will find here. My attorney would not return many repeated phone calls, showed up late in court, and offered poor legal advice. Run from this place. Hire any other legal firm, these people will be a huge disappointment, and cost you thousands for doing below par work. When I am paying hundreds of dollars an hour for representation I should at least be able to receive a return phone call especially when I will be charged for it on a future bill. This place is awful, RUN.

Attorney Andrew Popp provided me a quick, knowledgeable response regarding my probate questions. Prior to speaking with Mr. Popp, I had consulted with numerous attorneys in two states -- and received a broad range of answers. In my opinion, the answers provided me by Attorney Popp were offered in a spirit of true professionalism, and backed by a true desire to help.

I learned that I got sealed from a letter from my court, not from the law offices. The other issue was that I had to call them to check on it. 3 years ago when I went through them they actually did check on things and kept up with it. It has very much changed since that time.

Do NOT hire him if you want to win. He was so focused on commending the police officers in the arrest that the judge and prosecutor kept laughing. We lost the case as soon as he started talking. He never pulled the video of proof from the location. He basically burried my husband in court and had zero confidence when talking. After giving him thousands of dollars and being told we'd no doubt win. Not only did we loose but got the maximum punishment. He left with a smile. He was paid. If you want to win do not go with this Attorney Heller!!!! Worst decision we had made.
