New Peking Restaurant

Been eating at New Peking for 15 years. Good people and good Chinese food.

Really enjoy the food, reminds me of east coast Chinese food. The only thing I wish was better is having an option for spicy food. I struggle to find Chinese food that is made spicy enough.

I’ve tried to eat here 3 times now within 2 weeks. This place sucks.
1. Called multiple times to place order. No answer.
2. Drove over there when they were open, but it said they were closed.
3. Called multiple times and the line seems disconnected.
I’m not sure how they can stay in business if they don’t even keep the phone on. It’s weird.

This was my first time here and I'll definitely be back. Everything we ordered was by far the best Chinese food I've ever had. Unfortunately it's still take out only, but oh my, so amazing. Can't wait to eat inside here.

7/2/21: my shu pork dinner was fabulous, as usual.
Haven't been here in two years. Food was fabulous! Now only takeout, but they made me order and stand outside next to my car.
Or, maybe they let rich people eat inside (see pic). Or maybe these expensive cars belong to the employees (not my car). I wouldn't mind but the inside was nice and soothing and the service was excellent.
This place was great! We both had the mu shu pork dinner and it was excellent. We both took pancakes home. Hot and sour soup was exceptional, too. And the service was great. This place has the feel of an owner run family

Our first time ordering food but won't be our last. The food was delicious. We had lemon chicken, sweet and sour chicken, chicken lo mein,and orange chicken. Oh the orange chicken was cooked perfectly. It had just a hint of heat. The fried and steamed rice were nice and moist and not overcooked. Each portion was the right size for two people to share so we have lots of leftovers for lunch. Great experience ordering and supporting local business.

Sesame chicken is about the same quality as 1.35 a scoop. Not too bad just not worth the higher price. It close to my house so I’ll be back to try a different dish. Hopefully that changes my view

I've found it difficult to find good fast Chinese food around here. That being said, everything we ordered was tasty. The hot and soup was the only thing that was disappointing. We ordered carryout, and it held up. The potstickers were super fresh. Cudos to the chef on the pork egg foo young.

Stopped by for lunch and most items on the menu are listed as spicy. Keep in mind I am a wimp when it comes to spicy foods. But since when do steamed dumplings come with a dipping sauce too spicy for me to handle at all?? I ordered Cashew Chicken for lunch, take a look at the picture. It came with more celery (which I loathe and it didn't mention it on the menu...not a big deal, I can pick it out) than chicken or cashews.
