Divin' Dawgs was born in 2003, when we were afforded the opportunity to purchase "Bottom Time, " a five star PADI Facility in Jacksonville. In 2005, "Tarheel Divers" of New Bern, a NAUI Facility, came on the market and the Divin' Dawgs took this as an opportunity to expand.
In 2006, operations and store inventories were combined in New Bern and we became a NAUI Pro Platinum Training Center, while still offering PADI certifications, from Open Water to Dive Master.Divin' Dawgs continues to teach in Jacksonville, with equipment and support from New Bern. The entire operation was moved to its current location, adjacent to Courts Plus Family Fitness Center New Bern, in 2009.
