I got several quotes on shutters before ultimately picking Elite Shutters and Blinds. They were VERY reasonably priced. Their real wood shutters are competitive with the cheapest composite shutters. I got my entire downstairs done in their 3.5 inch wooden shutters. They are lightweight and durable (my two toddlers have tested that extensively). Their smaller custom frame is also wonderful because it’s not bulky like the composites. I tried to do my master bedroom cheaper with composite shutters ordered online and installed by my husband. They demonstrated professionalism and genuine concern for our satisfaction from the salesman that measured and provided the quote to the installers and then the follow up from the owner. They sell a high quality product that they make in NC. The installers are very through with their final inspections of the shutters. They found a few issues and returned with replacement parts and installed. These are hardwood shutters that will last a lifetime. They also have a method to fabricate shutter blades for wide windows. Elite Shutters and Blinds installed our new plantation shutters yesterday January 4th. My wife and I couldn’t be happier.They exceeded our expectations in every phase of the project and that is not an easy feat.
From being competitively priced, the staff Amanda, inside sales, and Tiffany who visited our home to measure our windows, gave us great ideas and explained the features and benefits of their product. The installers also did a fine job and had super customer relations qualities.

Had our shutters installed a couple days ago. Wow! They look great, better than we thought they would. Chris was the installer, very skilled and professional.
