Express Shelters LLC brings you a combination of safety and reliability at an affordable cost. Our shelters are fabricated and installed with details that meet and/or exceed FEMA guidelines and the more strict ICC/NSSA standards to withstand even the strongest EF5 tornadoes. Express Storm Shelters feature a Steel Plate door with handle lock, quality Steel Walls, and LED lighting.
Underground Garage Shelter Price includes unit, installation, and Tax. Our Features include - Sliding 1/4" steel Plate door with handle lock, quality 10 guage steel wall surrounded by 4" of concrete from top to bottom. Installed in your garage, where you can park on top of it and still have access to get in, coated with an epoxy/tar blend, this dries hard!
Pricing for our Above Ground Shelters & Safe-Rooms includes unite, installation, and tax. We fabricate each one to be long-lasting, reliable, and safe for you and your family.
Some of the Above Ground Shelter features include: Inward opening - 1/4" Steel Plate door, double sided bolt lock 1/4"steel walls, Steel channel skeleton on the inside three 3/4" solid steel locking bars on the door Installed in your garage to your specifications, secured to slab with anchor bolts every 12", coated with a rust resistant paint, natural air exchange built into the design.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Very professional company in every way. Joe was responsive from my initial inquiry to project completion. He clearly explained my options and helped me settle on the best choice for my property. His quote was quite reasonable and did not change. I’m accustomed to getting quotes then the price goes up when the contractor starts. Not this place! They arrived exactly when they said they would to the minute and were professional and pleasant to be around all day. I highly recommend this company!
