I have now taken my phone and my son's tablet to lake effect and both have been fixed in a very timely fashion. They take the time to actually talk to the customer and keep you updated on the progress of you devices fix. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

After dropping my iphone a couple times, a series of black horizontal lines started to bleed into the screen. I took it to Lake Effect Phone Repair, which was conveniently located downtown near my office. When I walked in, I was greeted by the owner Zakry, who quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a straight-forward price corresponding (which was 35% less than the competition) and said he would have it done in an hour. Within a half hour, Zakry called me to tell me he was finished and I could pick it up. Having used my newly repaired iphone for the last couple weeks, I can say that his work is flawless

I came in for a cracked back glass. Great service and turn around. Pricing is fair and less than competing shops. There’s a reason why Lake Effect Phone Repair has such great reviews. Owner is nice and is very knowledgeable. Definitely would go here again. I would refer my friends and family to this place if they needed a repair.

Awesome experience with Zacry! A phone was dropped in water so he opened it up and dried it out, tested the main components while I waited. No luck on the repair but he had several refurbished and new iPhones. I picked up a used one at a good price. He also has some good deals on iPads. Which I will definitely go to his shop to shop for.
