Dyan Chaney, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Managing Director of Home Health Boutique LLC, opened her practice in Broward County knowing that she could make a difference in the quality of home care provided in her community.
Dr. Chaney received her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a minor in English from the University of Florida in 1993, her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from NSU in 1996, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2009.Dyan holds a certification in Pilates for rehabilitation practitioners from Polestar Pilates.

In addition to nursing, physical, occupational, and speech therapy services typically offered to home health clients, Home Health Boutique offers specialized treatments such as aquatic therapy, manual therapy, and Pilates/Yoga based exercises. These unique treatments, along with our culture of treating the entire person, allow us to provide better outcomes for our clients.
Home Health Boutique performs a comprehensive evaluation consisting of a review of all body systems, when first meeting a client. This evaluation, in turn, results in the design of a plan of care and setting of goals. Appreciating that objectives vary, clients having knee replacement could have goals ranging from being able to prepare meals in their home, walking 5 miles/day, playing golf, or just being able to sit and read without pain.
Many health care treatments that were once offered only in a hospital or a doctor's office can now be done in your home. Home health care can be just as effective as care provided in a hospital or skilled nursing facility. Home health care is designed to provide treatment for an illness or injury with the goal of regaining your independence.
