I found Susan by chance when I was looking for a new stylist that knows how to manage short hair and keep it looking feminine. Susan always takes the time to connect with me and listen to what I want.
She gets that I want a flattering cut that's easy to take care of. She's warm, nurturing and personable. I have thick straight hair that has to be cut precisely or it looks crooked. She cuts it so it falls naturally into place with minimal styling. Family and friends often complement my hair. I look forward to seeing Susan because I know I can relax -- I feel taken care of and know I'll love the results.

Susan Oller Hair Stylist went above and beyond to fixed my damaged hair!
She definitely is a talented artist! Patient too!

So....Susan Oller is someone who really deserves a 6 star rating!!!!
I called Susan b/c I was having "a bad hair day" after someone (read I used to go to) had given me a bad haircut and dyed my hair a mucky brown.
Without complaining, Susan Oller managed to redeem first a terrible haircut, and touch up and high light my hair so it looked perfectly phenomenal!

Susan is absolutely amazing with color. She turned my drab auburn hair into a gorgeous red! People stop me all the time and ask if my color is naturally red, and when I tell them no, want to know who my stylist is. Her cuts are great as well. After more than 15 years of going to her, I highly recommend her!

Our daughter will be 11 years old in a couple of weeks. Seemingly out of the blue, she decided to cut off her long hair and get a pixie cut. We happened to be in Larkspur so we looked for a hairdresser nearby and we were able to make an appointment with Susan that day. She was so professional and made our daughter feel super comfortable. Best of all, the haircut came out AMAZING! Our daughter loved it but we were a bit worried about how the other kids at school might react, but in fact, it's been a huge hit. HUGE. I have trusted and been a loyal client of Susan Oller's for over a decade! She provides the best service and gives the best hair cuts. I've enjoyed trying out new styles over the years. Susan is well versed in all cuts, colors, face shapes and sizes. A true artist when it comes to hairstyling. I always feel like the best looking me, whenever I book an appointment with her.

I absolutely loved having my hair cut, colored and styled by Susan Oller! She is truly an artist and an exceptional person to boot. She took the time to listen to my concerns and she knew exactly what would look beautiful, be low maintenance and be fetching at the same time. After completing my highlights, she gave me (hands down), the best scalp and neck massage, shampoo and blow dry I've ever had!
