Alice is absolutely wonderful! The salon that Ultimate Beauty is in is gorgeous, and there’s even a boutique to shop in if you’re early to an appointment. Alice is prompt, professional, and most of all friendly. It’s like you’re talking with an old friend. Getting laser hair removal is THE BEST THING I EVER DID FOR MYSELF. It’s worth every penny with Ultimate Beauty.

I have been a customer with Ultimate Beauty Laser Spa since 2016 and it has been incredible. The staff are so kind and caring and want to make you feel comfortable. The places where they have removed hair is either thinning or totally gone. I totally recommend this place to anyone.

They texted me at 9 pm to tell me they were canceling my appointment almost 4 weeks ago. I have yet to hear from them even after calling and leaving multiple messages. I regret paying for my service in full at the start and will consider other places next time I want hair removal. The communication at the place is horrible.

Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and friendly. I never feel embarrassed. If I have a question I'm not afraid to ask anyone in the office because everyone greets you with a smile and is so welcoming! Kim is great and always a great conversation. She remembers things I tell her 4-6 weeks prior. They have great customer experience. Thank you all for being so wonderful and pleasant to be around!

Changer for me. I bought armpits Brazilian and leg packages (good for two years) and have had fantastic results. After completing armpits and Brazilian I haven’t shaved in months and my skin has never been healthier. The ladies that work there are knowledgeable and will get you the results you want. As an RN the facility and equipment are always clean which is a priority for me.
