This has been an outstanding experience working with these amazingly smart, patient, honest, and caring professionals. I was in great hands all the way with this refi, and I was never rushed. They spent extensive time and effort explaining all of my options. As a result, I was able to confidently select the scenario which best fit my needs. I was referred to IMG by a friend and it was a great choice. From start to finish, it was a pleasurable experience. They gave clear, concise/prompt answers, no hiding behind phone and explained pro's/cons of various lending options out there. I can't reccomend IMG highly enough. Full service start to finish. Josh and Sam are a pleasure to work with. They are like having a coach, advocate, and friend helping you along the way. In the search phase, they bested two other groups on price, speed, easiness to work. From there it got better. After you are under contract, they walk you through the whole process of what to expect. As you move through it, they simplify the process by breaking it down into bite sized chunks. They have a great tool for gathering all the documents, so what might be a mess of documents on your end, is nicely

Sam is THE best we’ve ever worked with. Not only is he responsive, but he knows his stuff. Random questions, things I don’t understand or just want the ‘why’ on - he presents all of it before you even have to ask! This was a great experience. Sam was constantly available throughout the refinancing process and particularly helpful in dealing with Wells Fargo issues that were maddening. His advice on "timing" the lock was spot on as well. I would use him again.

Sam represents the best of the best in the mortgage industry. I shopped around and got quotes from the guys that advertise on TV - Sam’s rates were way! One year after I refinanced, he contacted me and was able to further reduce my rate by $105 per month, that’s $12,000+ over the 15-year term. I’ve never paid any closing costs with Sam. Highly, highly recommended.

Simply can't say enough good about Josh and Sam. These guys worked really hard for us to get us a great rate with minimal fees. They explained everything in crystal-clear detail and stayed very transparent through the whole process. The communication was over the top and I really feel like they did 99% of the work involved in our refi. They made the process so simple that we were able to do it while having a newborn during the process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to all friends and family.

I found Sam and Josh via their great reviews here, and they did not disappoint. I purchased my first home through them and have nothing but good things to say. My husband and I used Sam to refinance our home earlier this year. Not only did he make the best offer, but Sam is the ONLY person who went the extra distance and came to our home. I'm a visual person so this was definitely a huge plus. His communication is great and is hands down the best broker we have ever worked with. (This is my 3rd home). He did exactly as promised from the beginning and we closed with no issues. I highly recommend him to everyone I know.
