Dr. Julian Berlin grew up in New York where his love for working with children was evident at a young age as he was an assistant coach to children under 12 in Brooklyn Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League. In 2010, Dr. Berlin earned his DDS from New York University College of Dentistry. After completing a one-year general practice residency at Maimonides Medical Center, he decided to focus on pediatrics.

The office was really clean and all the decor was so fun!
The staff was absolutely wonderful, and I sadly don't say that often enough. I was a bit late to my appointment due to an accident on the highway and rain. They were super nice about it. We got right in and the cleaning was done and efficient (aka my daughter did not complain!)... the doctor was friendly and great talking with my daughter. He complimented her teeth yet still recommended more flossing... directly to her, which I liked. I definitely recommend this pediatric dentistry!

Outstanding!!! Our daughter was nervous, and Claudia made her comfortable immediately. We were able to get through the cleaning and the exam with no problem. They are absolutely wonderful here. Very clean, professional, creative, and tons for the kids to do if you wait. They sent her home with a kit and timer and our daughter is excited to brush her teeth and watch the timer. We were blown away and will be back!

We had our 1st visit to the dentist today and what an amazing experience! Everything about this place is 5 stars, Claudia was patient with my 2 year old who had his first teeth cleaning. (Might I add: not one tear shed!) She was gentle and explained everything she was doing. Dr. Burlin was kind and made sure we left with smiles on our faces. The receptionist, I wish I had gotten her name, was so helpful with setting us up through our insurance and booking our next appointment. The office is unbelievable, we were very impressed by the decor and fun photo opportunities. My son left so excited, talking

From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming. They treated my daughter very well. The office looks amazing with it's Star Wars/Space decor. My daughter enjoyed her visit. The doctor was thorough in his… explaination. I was amazed how the staff from the front door to the dentist spoke to my daughter. They finished it off with dental supplies and a balloon. Highly recommend and will be back!

Besides how awesome their space scene is, the dentist and assistants are so wonderful with my kids! Both of my children can't wait for their checkups! My kids were afraid of the dentist until we came here. They… are by far the best dental office for children and I would recommend to literally EVERYONE! They stepped their dental game up to such high standards, with such a warm, welcoming staff. As well as made something most kids are nervous or hesitant about, to something that my kids look forward and have such a fun time when they go!!! I guarantee your children will fall in love and beg

Cosmic Smiles is a perfect place to introduce kids to dentist! All staff is polite and friendly, and they know how to work with even the smallest kids. We couldn't be any happier with our decisions of bringing kids to to Dr. Berlin's office, he does a terrific job and kids already can't wait for another cleaning!

Drove by by chance so I stopped. I was very impressed by the welcoming of the hostess so I applied for 1year ($350). My 3 1/2 yo daughter was quickly in confidence thanks to Gisela and Julian (and Mostly the Moana movie in the ceiling:-) that was so impressive!!)

Great dentist for kids. Took my daughter here after having a hard time at the last dentist. He is patient with her and makes her comfortable. Splitting up any work to make it less stressful on the child. Goes above and beyond with toys balloons and ice cream for the kids. It's almost too fun for the kids because they might actually wanna come back.
