Yesterday, I called the Edwin Young agency to purchase insurance for the property of a deceased person that we discovered had lapsed. During this pandemic, rarely have I made a call where I am not put on hold, transferred to five others, or asked to leave a message. I called this agency and Heather responded immediately and courteously. While there were several hurdles that had to be met, she quickly moved on the application and the property was covered before the end of the day. Great customer service!!!

Edwin Young’s team is phenomenal!! The attention to detail and the care they give definitely sets the bar high!! They took time to answer all of my questions! I have been a State Farm customer since I moved to America in 1998. Many insurance companies over the years have approached me to save money and offer better coverage.
There have been two key factors that have fallen short. First they could not save me money and secondly if they did it was with less coverage.
I have had the privilege of meeting Edwin Young. He is a personable and accommodating gentleman. It was nice to actually meet the person behind all of my insurance needs.
Edwin's office team are nothing but helpful, available at all times and a pleasure to interact with.

I recently switched insurance providers after meeting with Edwin and his staff. They did an excellent job combing through my multiple policies to find areas where I had more coverage than I need or was possibly missing coverage. They took the time to explain their reasoning for needing/not needing different coverage and helped put together a package the fits all of my and my family's needs. The personal care and attention to detail are top notch.
