We paid for a new unit that was over $6,000 that was installed by Jackson's Heating and air in June 2020. We contacted Mr. Jackson a week ago to inform him that was unit was not working. He came out, checked the unit and stated that he would need to order a "card" to determine if it was something else. As of today, we still have not heard from Mr. Jackson. He will not return telephone calls. Our unit was brand new, under manufacturer's warranty and his warranty. Further, we discovered that he did not register our new unit after installation. According to the manufacturer, we have now lost 5 years

Mr. Jackson came out to my home this weekend and repaired my Air condition. He was on time and explained to me the problem so that I could understand what was going on. I thought I was going to have to buy a new system. He was affordable, & I highly recommend this company.

Do not use these people, very unprofessional. Put in my brand new A/C 2 years ago already not working. Supposedly fixed it without checking to see if that fix worked. FINALLY was able to reach him, took the morning off work AGAIN no show no call, now he want answer the phone. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE. YOU TRY TO HELP SMALL BUSINESSES AND GET SCREWED. I GIVE THEM 0 STARS. SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND FIND A PROFESSIONAL TO GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO. NEXT STEP REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND SHOUT OUT ON FACEBOOK.

Had one of the employees on the installation end steal from me and when I confronted Mr.Eddie he basically cursed me out in front of my wife and kids and on top of that on several occasions when discussing the job with him he caught an attitude. I would say he and his business are very unprofessional and are a bunch if thieves DO NOT USE THEM ! Go with someone like Rowell or All Weather Heating And Air for cheaper service.
