I heard good things but decided not to do business with them. Their hearing practitioner, Mr. Harrell, seemed very sketchy and not trustworthy.
While I appreciate the response from the business. I stand by my review. I never said I made an appointment. I had considered it based on feedback from others until a particular experience with the employee.

Can't say enough about how pleased I am with my hearing aids and the staff at East Tennessee Audiology. I am a long time hearing aid wearer and the professionalism and service they have provided has been exponentially better than either of my two previous experiences. I went to Shayne because of an extremely positive experience that a mutual acquaintance had with him.
I have been pleased with his care and attention. He thoroughly explained my options and the features I needed (& didn’t need).
This is my second set of hearing aids. I’ve had them about six months now and Shayne and Brenda have continued to be very helpful with any minor issues I have had. I highly recommend them

What a wonderful staff they have there. Our family is so happy with our decision to go to this clinic. My uncle can hear so well now and our family is just thrilled. We had lost faith in getting him help as we had tried some other place but noting seemed to really work. The front office lady there is just an absolute pleasure and is always so nice and greets you smiling. The audiology staff there is so kind and patient. They are also very professional and VERY knowledgeable. Nobody has ever taken time to be so thorough with not only the exam but sitting down and explaining in detail everything
