He totally low balled my appraisal in 2017. Didn’t even use pictures of my property, he had them obviously mixed up with someone else’s. The figure he gave shock me and comparative houses were smaller and older?! WTH? I didn’t know that I could have disputed it at time. Or I would have! If he’s the one doing your appraisal have it changed, you have the right.
P.S. would have given NO stars if I could have.

He came to do an inspection of the apartment building we live in. He was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to take his shoes off and seemed to go out of his way to step on our belongings and our son's toys. We had to ask him to leave because he would not stop stepping on our things or take his shoes off. Other people in the apartment building did not even let him in to their apartments because he was so unprofessional and treated us so poorly.

DO NOT HIRE THIS INCAPABLE "APPRAISER"! Incredibly unprofessional, incredibly rude, no courtesy or respect for others, no concern or consideration for others' safety during the pandemic, unbelievable! If you want to be treated like garbage and get a terrible appraisal, this is the guy. Otherwise look elsewhere for the service.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Refused to take his shoes off and stepped all over our babies toys. We asked him to stop and he would not. We had to ask him to leave before he finished the inspection.

Very professional - worked with the Blake co multiple times and always a great experience.

Wells came to "appraise" our house in early-mid January 2017.
He walked in with a very prideful attitude...not friendly at all barely speaking 2 words to us.....he NEVER asked us one question about our house...my husband tried to offer update info to our house....did he respond...NO...he intimated us just by his presence.
The comps and square footage he used were way off!!
When we received the appraisal we were completely shocked!
Even our loan officer was very surprised !
I had always heard that appraisers had the FINAL WORD on his decision.....no way....the battle was just beginning...

I know this appraiser and to the below critic, I hate your situation, but- Id like to see the report which should support the appraised value. Where does your information come from? I guessing it is just a "feeling" with no support. That is a garbage review
