I grew up watching my uncle, who was a professional magician, perform magic. Everytime we went to his house, he would show us a trick or two. While I was intrigued with his magical abilities, I really didn't "follow in his footsteps" until I was a grown man with my own kids. Now, magic is in my blood.
There are many types of magic, from closeup magic to stage magic. A step down from stage magic is parlor magic. This is what I do most. These shows are done in many different types of venues, such as living rooms, libraries, back yards, school auditoriums, gymnasiums, and any other small - medium sized auditoriums.

I have been fascinated with magic since I was a kid. One of my uncles was a professional magician and I grew up watching him cut and restore pieces of rope and make doves appear from nowhere. He had a walk-in dove aviary in his back yard that we would always peer into whenever we went to visit. One of his signature pieces was performing the Linking Hula Hoops.
