I rented a lift chair July 17th, paid $214.00 for 1 month Service. Spoke with young lady in store on 08/18 or 19, informed her I would no longer need this chair and to arrange for pick-up. Second month rental fee unfortunately due at this time. Soonest schedule for pick-up of the chair was 08/23/2021. Requested prorated fee for 4-5 days and was told this was not their policy. I was charged another $214.00 on 08/19/2021. Will not be purchasing any more durable medical equipment from this business.

I recently purchased medical supplies for an injured foot at Piedmont Medical Supply. Sarah assisted me and went out of her way to accommodate me and get me exactly what I needed. I’ve purchased items there before and have always found every employee to be friendly, caring, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They have an outstanding inventory of medical supplies and if they don’t have what I’ve needed in stock they’ve ordered it and had it available for me quickly.

Will not come back to this store. We came in to get several things and were told we had to stand in one place in front of register. My husband and I had masks on and needed to look at some foot pads for him and me a new recliner and other things. Woman at register said you were small company and she didnt want to get sick BUT SHE DIDNT HAVE MASK OR GLOVES ON!!! WE DID. I dont have to stand in one spot at grocery stores or walmart and I wear mask and gloves there. Why did you open back up. Woman told me I couldnt look around store. A boy came in and went straight to knee wrappings and she didnt
