The Nail Spa

Writing this after giving them a second chance. First time I asked if they take debut, and the lady said since it was my first time that it would be ok. So I continued when it came paying time she tells my husband cash only when I confront her about it she ignores me. I'm not about to yell So we went and got cash.
Second time going back I did both pedicure and mani. The lady who worked on my foot hurt me so bad I yelled loudly and she hardly cared. When she was done it wasn't as red so I didn't say anything. Next day my toe is swollen and clearly injured. My limit is physically

This is the worst salon I have been to for a long time. It is the second time I have to leave because they do not attend to you and leave you standing without saying anything and they either eating or doing nothing, terrible service

I like how all this ladies can do pedicures, usually in other places you hope who does your toes don't hurt you and does a good job. Not here all this ladies are good.

Love love this place! My new go to spot for my gel pedicures. From the polish to softness, everything is perfect. They don't keep you waiting and are so nice and attentive. Thank you to all the lovely staff here!!!

Wendy gave me a pedicure. I had 2 ingrown toenails that she was able to fix for me. The entire process only took 45 minutes. I paid $35 because I choose gel polish. I'm very happy with the results.

Only three star because pedicure was done good. However "gel" manicure lifting and color has changed in 5 days to cloudy and see through.

Service is ok. I am thankful that they are open during covid. However it seems they really don't care for the customers but more for the money. I came in at 5:30pm and my appointment of a mani pedi went over their close hours and they all seemed annoyed that I was there for after hours. They don't really talk to you and instead they talk to their coworkers. I felt pressured to leave even though my nails weren't dried. Going to look for another place

Been to this place many times over the years. Very friendly, and always a good job. Kathy does an excellent pedicure, and Lynn does a beautiful gel manicure.

I found this hidden gem in Pico Rivera on Washington Blvd. Karen 1.0, Karen 2.0, Hye, Nam, Eva, Kathy and Karin were so friendly, nice, accommodating and professional! It was on a Sunday evening and could not find an open nail salon. I looked online, was driving around and found Top Line Nails & Spa open. It was close to their closing time and they stayed late for us. This is my go to place forever! Trust me! You will not be disappointed. It's clean and fancy! The chairs come with a built in massager on top of the massage you get when you get your nails done. Love you Top Line!!!!!

The two stars is only because they are super friendly and kind. But my nails were super thin one broke that same day! I'm not going back

Not really friendly, and make sure you bring cash to tip. The lady made me feel guilty after spending for alot of service for not having cash to tip. Then she had the nerve to question all my tips? Like really lady? I tip because i want to not because im obligated... My nails came out ok, but its over priced for the quick work the lady rushed through. If its a spa its supposed to be relaxing not rushed. I wont be coming back.

Been going to Nail Spa for years. I love Cass and the way she does my nails. Consistently a great job. I started taking my teenage girls there and they eventually tried other places but they came back because other places didnt do as good of job.

My nana has been coming here for over 13 years and I recently started coming with her and I love tracy and the girls! This time I challenged tracy with 3 different glitters and she did a wonderful job she maid sure I loved them and did everything she could so I was comfortable. They're shorter than I usually get them and she made sure I was okay with that. I drive from ontario to come here and I will continue. The salon is well kept and they do amazing pedicures as well and so so friendly !

My first time here. I was nervous. But my nails were wretched. I received service from Bella. She was friendly, patient and very professional. Bella dug in and removed my hang nail. Most salons I have 2 request but not her. I loved it here. I will definitely return. 5 star. Plus everything item used on my service was wrapped and sterilized for safety. I paid very resealable price for manicure, pedicure, gel and foot massage.

I came to this nail salon because it was close. I got a full set with gel and it was $37. Decent price, however I was disappointed with the end result. I got almond shaped nails and some of them look deformed and the acrylic wasn’t smoothed out evenly. My nail tech seemed like she was rushing and was quite vigorous with the nail file. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but I’m disappointed.

Not worth the money! Megan did my manicure and did not do a good job. She did not even clean out all the dead cuticle. Every other nail salon I've visited that's always a must! When asked to do so she did a fast clean not even removing dead cuticle. Then when she started polishing my nails she wouldn't cover the whole nail. I asked if she can please make sure she polishes the whole nail and she ignored me. Had to file my nails when I got home since she didn't file them correctly.

We kind of picked this spot as a last min place. We were looking for a location near a supercuts for my grandmother and let's just say I was not please. While they were quick to seat us for our pedicures their mani's could have been way better. I got a gel manicure last Friday. I don't work in manual labor nor do I mess around with my nails and already chipped. Not only that, while they were doing my nail I asked the woman if they do designs. I wanted something cute because my sister's wedding was the next day. She stated they did and I asked for a heart. I don't know if

My experience here has been nothing but excellent. I've been going here for about 5 months and Tracy does a phenomenal job. I've never had any nails pop off and she always makes them look so natural. My pedicures are awesome too...the prices are pretty comparable to other establishments.

Never coming here again lady did my nails and blood went through my nails next day I woke up. Went back for my refund and said they don't do refunds. I ask to at least to take off my nails and said no.
