EDIT: Absolutely stand by my post. Quality installation service is NOT top priority of this company and the owner has extremely poor customer service skills.
I MAY amend this review if the issues are resolved. This company did a window install through Home Depot (NPR, Little Rd. & Ridge Rd.) on 8/20/2020. As of now, 2 windows don't lock properly which means their installers fail to ensure full functionality of the products they are installing. Job has NOT been signed off on, so as stated, this review may possibly be revised, depending on the actions of the company to ensure QUALITY installation

This company is amazing to work with. They are responsive, efficient, knowledgeable, and show a true passion for their craft. I have the extreme honor, and pleasure, of working directly with the owner Tom Popa. He always explains the entire process of the different installations of the other contractors to me. I have to admit, outside of my trade, I have no idea what he was talking about, but it shows how truly immersed and engaged he is. He communicates, he's organized, and he looks me in the eye every time he shakes my hand. (Super Important!). His knowledge and leadership will take this company
