The warranty is limited to defects in material, the defect must be brought to the attention of KC Auto Glass within 90 days. Workmanship is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. KC Auto Glass guarantees a repaired windshield will not crack further or we will credit the cost of the repair toward a replacement.

Mark called the day I put in for a quote, and was extremely nice and got me taken care of the next day, due to putting in my Info a little late in the evening, his guy called and got here in the time window that he said he would. Got my shattered windshield out no problem, and got a new one in even though my pillar was bent, but he made it happen! Super super nice and friendly. Will definitely use them in the future. Great prices too for the work they do compared to others.

Extremely pleased with the service from KC Autoglass! We had a cracked windshield that wouldn't pass MO auto inspection unless replaced. I called around to several places for estimates to replace the windshield. KC Autoglass was by far the cheapest (literally half the price of the big name place down the road) AND the price included them coming to my house to replace it in my driveway! Made the appointment for a Friday between noon and 3:00 pm. He was here by 12:50. Took about 45 minutes or so and was done! New windshield looks great. Absolutely the best! After someone tried to steal my car and broke my drivers side window I was so frazzled and stressed out, but Mark really helped me feel better about the situation. My mom called Mark that morning and he was so quick to come fix my window! He was kind and showed genuine concern for the situation, he even vacuumed up the glass. Very quick and reliable. Had a chip in my windshield that needed filled in and sealed. He was able to get to my work and fix it the next day. Ended up being half the price of the big guys. I'll definitely use him in the future and recommend to friends and family.

He was able to schedule me for the next day, which was great.
